Except as required by law, payments are non-refundable, including fees and other charges. Please see additional details below. 

Paid Subscriptions

PETIT PASSEPORT paid subscriptions (“Paid Subscriptions”), such as Professional and Featured Property Profiles, are non-refundable. If you cancel your Paid Subscription, all of your Paid features will expire at the end of your billing cycle. 

Pay-Per-Unit Services

Pay-Per-Unit Services charge per Promoted Content Posting, etc. These products include, for example, Promotional Offers, Promotional Communications, Social Media Posting, and any other Service where you're charged per Unit. Any Units delivered and charged are non-refundable.
